Annual clean & safety check
Having an Annual Clean & Safety Check performed on your furnace by Ridgeline Heating & Cooling can help you keep your family safe. During the Annual Clean & Safety Check our experienced technicians will complete a multi- point (25 point for Oil Furnaces and 18 Point for Gas Furnace) inspection that will assure you that your furnace is operating safely and at its optimal efficiency, saving you money on the ever increasing cost of your energy bill.

Includes:
· Take down and Clean Out Flue Pipe
· Vacuum out Chimney Base
· Vacuum out Heat Exchanger
· Inspect Chimney for Blockages which could cause Carbon Monoxide Poisoning and Fire
· Inspect Heat Exchanger for cracks which could cause Carbon Monoxide Poisoning and Fire
· Install New Nozzle of correct size and spray pattern
· Clean Electrode Assembly
· Adjust Electrode Assembly
· Check all Heating Elements for proper operation
· Install New Oil Filter Cartridge
· Inspect condition of Fuel for water, sludge, etc
· Check Ignition Transformer
· Check Protector Relay
· Check CAD Cell
· Inspect Squirrel Cage for Proper Air Flow
· Check Belts*
· Check Fuel Pressure and adjust if necessary
· Check operation of Thermostat
· Oil all Motors*
· Inspect Air Filter, replacement at additional cost if needed
· Check Burner Operation
· Inspect Flame
· Check and Inspect End Cone

· Make Final Adjustments during operation

· Inspect Heat Exchanger for cracks which could cause Carbon Monoxide Poisoning and/or Fire
· Take Down and Clean Flue Pipe*
· Inspect Chimney for blockages which could cause Carbon
Monoxide Poisoning and/or Fire
· Inspect all Electrical Components and Connections
· Inspect all Safety Controls and check Calibration
· Inspect Squirrel Cage for Proper Air Flow
· Check Gas Pressure and adjust if necessary
· Check Hot Surface Igniter*
· Inspect Air Filter, replace if needed
· Oil all Motors*
· Check operation of Thermostat
· Check Condensate Trap*
· Check Burner Operation
· Check Flame
· Check Belts *
· Make Final Adjustments during operation
Clean Entire Workspace When Finished!
